Young Alphas Share How the Pandemic Has Impacted Their Mental Health

The pandemic has had its toll on our mental health. From being away from friends to being stuck with family, we have all had our fair share of challenges and triumphs, not to mention loss, grief and sickness. It’s clear the last year has been challenging. Many Young Alphas have experienced a drop in motivation or an uptick in anxiety. And many of us can relate. 

As we reach the end of Mental Health Awareness Month, we want to highlight and normalize mental health challenges. We surveyed our Young Alpha audience on their experience in the pandemic. And our responses were unfortunately unsurprising. According to our poll, 90% of our audience noticed that the pandemic negatively impacted their overall mental health. So to help end the stigma and shame around pandemic blues, we asked thirteen Young Alphas to share how the pandemic has impacted their mental health. Here are their responses.
